Hot Peel: Opaque, Puff, Glitter, 4 Color Process
Set heat transfer machine at 375 F - 385 F at 45 lbs to 50 lbs psi
Place heat transfer in position printed side down
Lock heated head in printing position for 6 to 8 seconds
Release heating head & peel transfer immediately

Puff Transfer
Print at 375 F – 385 F for 6-8 seconds
Remove paper immediately while garment is still on the heat transfer
machine
Note: air machines pressure 45 to 50 lbs. On manual increase
pressure so you can feel the resistance when you go to close the
machine. Also store in a dark, dry, dust-free place at 70 f.

Suede Puff Transfer
1. Print at 360 F - 365 F at 45-50 lbs pressure
2. Place heat transfer in position, printed side down
Locked heated head in printing position on for 4 to 6 seconds
Release heated head and peel transfer immediately
Note: turn the garment inside out, wash in warm water. Let the
garment air dry or if using dryer, keep the garment inside out and dry
on low of no heat setting. Following these recommended washing
instructions will result in longer lasting transfer.

Propaque™
Print at 375 F for 4-5 seconds
Remove paper immediately while garment is still on the heat transfer
machine
Note: air machines pressure 45 to 50 lbs. On manual increase

machine. Also store in a dark, dry, dust-free place at 70 F.
Wash warm water, turn garment inside out. Non-chlorine bleach.
Dry warm setting garment inside out. Do not iron over image.

Propaque Plus™
Print at 375 F - 380 F for 6-8 seconds

Rhine Stud™
Heavy garments- t-shirts, jersey, denim, fleece, etc.
Temperature 300-320 degrees (150-160 celcius)
Pressure heavy 50 lbs
Remove plastic backing from clear film. Place transfer adhesive
side down on the garment and press for 10-12 seconds, let cool for 3-5
minutes. Remove clear film and reapply heat for additional 8-10
seconds.
Fine garments- silk, polysilk, lycra, etc.
Temperature 300 degrees
Pressure medium 40-45 lbs
Remove plastic backing from clear film. Place transfer adhesive
side down. For delicate fabric insert a protection pad inside garment
and transfer 8-10 seconds. Let cool 3-5 minutes then remove clear film
and reapply heat for an additional 6-8 seconds.

[Suggestions, not on package instructions: place garment face down
on the platen when printing. May notice the studs pop out of the
garment a bit more than when pressed facing upper platen when printing.
Lightly rub tape before peeling off. Peel clear tape while still
slightly warm. Again place garment face down when hitting second time.
If rhinestuds™ fall off, may be due to too much heat. Reduce heat
and/or reduce time.]
Cold Peel Litho Transfer
Use only on cotton or 50/50 blend fabrics
Print at 375 F - 385 F at 45 lbs to 50 lbs PSI
Lock heated head in printing position for 12-15 seconds
Allow to cool completely and remove paper slowly
Important: do not allow iron to open quickly. Turn garment inside
out and wash in cold water.
Do not bleach. Hand dry. Do not iron over image. You must follow
these instructions for longer lasting image.

Metallic Transfer
Pre-press garment for 5 seconds
Print at 375F - 385 F for 8-10 seconds

machine. Also store in a dark, dry, dust-free place at 70 F.

DuraTrans™ (transfer with powder)
Print at 350 F to 360 F for 3-4 seconds.

machine

machine. Also store in a dark, dry, dust-free place at 70 F.

Transweld™
Pre-press garment for 5 seconds, immediately place transfer on shirt
and wait 5 seconds
Press at 340-350 F pressure 40-50 lbs for 5-7 seconds, peel
immediately
Note: identical transfers printed on identical fabric at two
different temperatures will result in different appearing prints. It is
important that the temperatures remain stable.

Store transfers at temperatures above 75 degrees. Wash inside out
in warm water. Dry inside out on warm heat.
Sublimation
Set heat transfer machine at 375 F - 385 F at 45-50 lbs PSI
Place heat transfer in printed side down
Lock heated head in printing position for 15 to 18 seconds
Release the heating head to its open position. Do not raise the
heating head too rapidly or sublimation may shift and cause a slight
hazing of shading of the image.
Remove and discard sublimation transfer paper. It is not reusable.

Foil Transfer
Place foil transfer shiny side up on garment
When applying a foil transfer, a heat barrier is required. Place 2
slip-sheets over the entire image.
Transfer at 375 F for 12-15 seconds. Gently rub edges with soft
cloth.
Allow transferred design to cool. Peel cold.
Important: do not allow iron to open quickly.
Turn garment inside out & wash in cold water.
Do not bleach. Hang dry. Do not iron over image.
You must follow these instructions for longer lasting image.

Fluorescent transfer with powder
Dark or mid range garments press at 350* for 5-6 seconds
Light garments press at 375 F for 3-4 seconds

so you can feel the resistance
When you go to close the machine. Also store in a dark, dry, dust
free place at 70 F.
Fluorescent Transfer - for lights & whites

Place heat transfer in position printed side down
Lock heated head in printing position for 6 to 8 seconds
Release heating head & peel transfer immediately

Trans Tone™

Place transfer print side down
Lock heated head in position for 4-5 seconds
Release the heated head and peel hot
Let printed shirtcool
Second step: at the same temp and pressure as above
Either cut foil to where ever you desire to put it in
The design or put foil over the entire design shiny side up
Put heat barrier sheet over foil preferably something
That doesn’t stick to design, pan liner, teflon, etc and press for 7
seconds
Take cover sheet off and rub the foil carefully with a clean piece
of cotton fabric
Let foil cool and peel off
Process bright™ - for white, light, mid-range
Set heat transfer machine at 375 F - 385 F at 45 lbs to 50 lbs PSI
Place heat transfer in position printed side down
Lock heated head in printing position for 6 to 8 seconds
Release heating head & peel transfer immediately

only to last 2 inches of image. Reposition garment for second pressing
of transfer area not covered by iron on the first printing. We recommend
a 16”x19” transfer machine.
